Fees
The senior clerks and practice managers are always willing to discuss alternative fee structures or packages.
Conditional fee cases are welcomed and a draft agreement (based on the APIL/PIBA recommended model) can be obtained from the clerks.
We welcome and receive instructions from all solicitors, and also receive instructions direct from the construction industry, accountants and in-house solicitors, as well as other clients approved under the Licensed Access scheme.
