Cross-examining psychologists at the British Psychological Society

Four volunteer psychologists provided suitably anonymised reports for practice purposes, not just in personal injury law but also in criminal and family law. Tim and Henry then took it in turn to "grill" them on their methodology and conclusions. The participants all welcomed the opportunity to get a feel for what it would be like to give expert evidence in court. Those attending the workshop also heard Henry's "Fifteen Pointers to a Happier, Safer and More Effective Expert Experience": a valuable list of what to do and what not to do!
