More stress for the Court of Appeal?
The Court of Appeal will hear seven stress at work appeals at the same time starting Tuesday 16 November in which they will decide whether the decisions of the House of Lords in Barber v Somerset CC has altered the guidelines given by the Court of Appeal in Hatton v Sutherland.
Andrew Hogarth QC is instructed for the defendants in the lead case of Hartman v Southend HA.
