12KBW Silk elected President of APIL
Allan Gore QC was appointed Silk in 2003.
Allan has an established practice in the areas of Personal Injury and Professional and Clinical Negligence and is recognised in each speciality by both the Chambers Directory and the Legal 500, and in Personal Injury by Legal Experts 2002. He has a particular interest in asbestos cases and other industrial diseases, disaster litigation, and employer’s liability issues. He has appeared in courts at all levels, including the House of Lords, acting for both Claimants and Defendants including several group actions. He has also been involved in several mediations and is an accredited mediator.
