12KBW Welcomes New Tenant

Katherine Awadalla was called in 1998 and has extensive experience and expertise in personal injury including accidents at work, road traffic accidents, slipping and tripping, accidents abroad and fatal accident claims. She has a particular interest in occupational disease and stress claims. A member of PIBA, she lectures on procedural and substantive issues arising in personal injury litigation. She also undertakes employment and commercial agency dispute work. Katherine is the author of Stress Claims (Butterworths 2004) and a contributor to Oliver & Dingemans Employers’ Liability Cases (Butterworths 2003), Butterworths Personal Injury Litigation Service and Butterworths Civil Court Precedents. 12KBW is delighted to welcome Katherine and look forward to her strenghtening chambers' practice.
