Simon has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of Personal Injury with a particular interest in cases involving accountancy evidence and complex schedules. In the field of Clinical Negligence he has a particular interest in drug related therapy, general practitioners, obstetrics and gynaecology, general surgery and cancer. He was appointed as a Recorder in 1996 and sits on the PNBA Committee (1997), the PIBA Committee (1998) and the Ogden Committee (2003).
