Stephanie has an established civil practice with over 10 years experience in the principal areas of work undertaken by chambers. In personal injury matters she has acted for both claimants and defendants and is willing to take appropriate cases on a conditional fee basis.
Stephanie has a particular interest in claims involving land ownership, occupiers’ liability and public and private nuisance and has acted in a number of tree root subsidence matters.
Her expertise also includes construction disputes. She has acted in a significant number of construction disputes and adjudications including a £26m delay and loss and expense claim and several Party Wall Act 1996 matters.
In the field of professional negligence she has acted for both Claimants and Defendants in matters involving solicitors, architects, surveyors and engineers.
She is involved in the continuing professional education of solicitors, lecturing major firms in negotiation and drafting skills.
