Harry has a particular interest in asbestos and industrial disease litigation. He acted as junior counsel for the claimants in the pleural plaque test cases from trial up to the appeal in the House of Lords. He has a strong catastrophic injury practice. He regularly advises on the construction of a number of insurance policies. Harry is one of the founders of the 12kbw Sports Law group and has a wide experience of sports litigation. He was formerly a judicial assistant to Lord Woolf and Lord Justice Brooke in the Court of Appeal.
