Richard has an established civil practice with experience of acting for both Claimants and Defendants in all courts. He has advised on the European law aspects of the MIB agreement and has a particular interest in cases involving complex loss assessments. He is involved in the continuing professional education of solicitors and lectures regularly to them on Employment law.
