Daniel has a very well-established personal injuries practice, with particular emphasis on defending highway authorities, and claims involving employers' liability issues and occupational disease.
He is a regular contributor to the PIBULJ. He has delivered lectures for CPD Webinars on employers’ liability and highways claims. He is also involved in the continuing professional education of solicitors, lecturing on a variety of issues, including the handling of MIB Claims, the Freedom of Information Act and Credit Hire.
He lives in London and Cardiff. He has two beautiful daughters.
