Daniel has a well-established Personal Injuries practice, with particular emphasis on defending claims involving highways and Employers' Liability issues. He frequently advises and represents a large number of local authorities throughout England and Wales.

Daniel's experience extends to all aspects of personal injuries work, from straightforward RTA claims to high value, multiple and/or serious injury litigation. He also has experience of occupational disease work.

He has recently been involved, through BPP, in the continuing professional education of solicitors, lecturing on the handling of MIB Claims. He has also recently presented a seminar on the Freedom of Information Act.
