Angela practises predominantly in personal injury work. She is experienced in acting for both claimants and defendants at fast track and multitrack level. Angela has particular interest in employer’s liability cases and cases involving occupational conditions such as vibration white finger and occupational asthma. Angela also has extensive experience in Road Traffic, Highways, Property Damage and Fatal Accident Act claims.
Angela is instructed by many leading insurers and Local Authorities, however she also accepts work on a conditional fee basis.
Having joined 12 KBW from a general common law chambers Angela also has expertise in professional negligence, landlord and tenant, property, insolvency and criminal work. She still practises in these areas particularly where there is an overlap with personal injury.
Angela has experience in a wide range of property disputes including boundary disputes, disrepair and property damage claims.
Angela has acted on behalf of appellants in the Compensation Recovery Unit Appeals Tribunal and has prosecuted and defended in the Crown Courts.
Angela is involved in the continuing professional education of solicitors, lecturing major commercial firms in advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills. She is currently a Community Panel Member for Youth Offender Referral Orders in Essex.
Angela enjoys cooking, dining out and speaks French.

Angela has recently been involved in a number of cases of occupational asthma arising from the inhalation of cleaning fluids.
