Members of the International & Travel team visited South Africa this October. The team met with a range of advocates and attorneys to share experiences of cross-border litigation and to build links between the jurisdictions. Discussions involved comparison of ADR in both legal systems and English liability risks affecting African domiciled parties. The team also met with the Director of the South African Civil Aviation Authority, airlines and airplane manufacturers.
