On 3 July 2019, female barristers and clerks from 12KBW attended the annual Temple Women’s Forum Cross-Profession Garden Party. The Forum was founded by Middle and Inner Temple to inspire and support female members of the Bar and the judiciary throughout their careers. Chambers was delighted to share the event with a number of solicitor clients, as well as former members of Chambers who now sit as judges.
We would like to thank the Forum for arranging a wonderful evening, which provided the opportunity to meet with some of the most brilliant women across the legal profession.
12KBW is proud to have formed a Women and Fair Practice Committee which is integral to our commitment to diversity, and the support and retention of women and those with childcare responsibilities at the Bar.
We are excited to be hosting a Female Advocates’ Breakfast on 16th October 2019, and we look forward to supporting the Forum at the garden party next year.
