We are delighted to announce that Philip Mead and Gordon Aber have joined our 12 International & Travel Group.
Philip Mead is joining from Old Square Chambers to play an integral part in 12 International & Travel. Philip has an extensive travel practice specialising in foreign accident claims involving issues of EU law and conflict of laws. He has a particular expertise in claims involving the Judgments Regulation and the Rome II Regulation. He also appears regularly in transnational employment cases. Philip is ranked as a star individual in Chambers and Partners 2017 for Travel – International Personal Injury. He will be a great asset to chambers.
Gordon Aber has arrived from 4 King’s Bench Walk. He has an established commercial practice, specialising in aviation and aviation insurance disputes which frequently involve complex multi-jurisdictional claims. Gordon is predominately instructed on behalf of insurers of airlines, airport owners and charter operators, to name a few. He will play a key part in developing our group, domestically and internationally.
