David Green has been appointed by the Equality and Human Rights Commission to their panel of counsel.
The EHRC is the public body which promotes and enforces equality and anti-discrimination law throughout the UK. It brings enforcement actions, aids victims of discrimination, and provides statutory and non-statutory guidance on equality and human rights issues. It also campaigns to make equality and discrimination issues central to public policy and national life.
The EHRC’s panel are its preferred providers of legal services. They will provide representation at court and in tribunals, advice on legal actions, and input into enforcement and guidance. Their remit will cover all areas of equality, anti-discrimination and human rights, including in employment, education, and the provision of goods and services.
David has accepted appointment to the “C” panel of counsel.
