We are delighted to announce our latest Asbestos Seminar, being held at Manchester Art Gallery on 17 January 2019, this seminar will be exploring the subject of: How to win cases & increase damages.
This seminar – chaired by Harry Steinberg QC – will focus specifically on how claimant lawyers can increase their prospects of succeeding and recover more damages if they do. There will be talks by the asbestos team at 12KBW and special guest, Professor Maskell, will be speaking on: ‘Calculating ‘but for’ life expectancy – is Brackenridge always right?’.
The seminar will start at 2:30pm, with registration from 2:00pm. We will be serving tea, coffee and some new ideas (and drinks at 5:00pm).
