We are delighted to invite you to our third Manchester Asbestos Seminar, which will be held at Manchester Art Gallery on Thursday 7 November 2019.
This seminar will be chaired by Ivan Bowley, a leading industrial disease specialist who recently joined 12KBW from Lincoln House Chambers.
It will feature talks from the authors of Asbestos Law & Litigation. Talks will include an update on claiming for the cost of immunotherapy, a detailed consideration of the effect of contributory negligence in asbestos cases, and a panel considering issues on breach of duty.
