Pankaj specialises almost exclusively in brain injury claims. He acts both for Claimants and Defendants from the subtle brain injury to the truly catastrophic. During 2020 he dealt with settlements in the region of £40m. He is the author of the only specialist legal text on Subtle Traumatic Brain Injury claims and is writing his book on catastrophic brain injury.
