12KBW present our Juniors to Juniors seminar, aimed at junior litigators and solicitors and presented by junior counsel. The first of two Junior to Junior seminars hosted by 12KBW will be on 1 October 2018.

Charley Turton and Jeremy McKeown walk you through the fundamentals of fundamental dishonesty, including: what is it, when can you run it, and when does inadvertent exaggeration give way to dishonesty? This short talk will include a look at the seminal authorities, more recent cases, and anecdotal experiences of FD in practice.

David Green and Helen Waller give a whistle-stop tour of unusual and noteworthy costs and Part 36 scenarios, presented in an interactive format.
