William Audland QC will chair a panel session and Q&A on the implications of Thomas Cook’s insolvency. The effect of the collapse on ongoing and prospective cases will be covered in detail, along with potential routes to liability available to Claimants and Defendants seeking contribution.
The seminar will be followed by drinks and canapes.
