Four members of 12 International & Travel (Aliyah Akram, Max Archer, James Beeton and Kate Boakes) recently attended the PEOPIL Young Lawyers Group annual conference in Amsterdam, enjoying talks on a wide range of subjects, including the new Package Travel Regulations and the quantification of fatal claims in other European jurisdictions.
ABOUT PEOPIL: Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers
A not-for-profit organisation to improve and promote judicial co-operation and mutual knowledge of legal and judicial systems of European jurisdictions in the field of personal injury law.
Their main objectives are proper and fair compensation for victims and access to justice. Furthermore, PEOPIL promotes and encourages the exchange of information and knowledge. PEOPIL has formed European Exchange groups for members, where they can share information and discuss issues in their specific area of interest.
