Spencer has been awarded one of four scholarships by the South Eastern Circuit to attend the Advanced Civil Trial Advocacy Course held at the University of Florida later this year. The course, which has taken place every year since 1991, is held at the Levin College of Law and is sponsored by the Florida Bar. The course is based on a personal injury trial and is designed to provide in-depth, demonstration-based instruction of trial advocacy techniques through performance, critique and video review.
