The Supreme Court has handed down its long-awaited decision in the case of Uber BV and others v Aslam and others.
The dispute between the ride sharing app and its drivers has slowly made its way through the Tribunal, the EAT and the Court of Appeal over the last four and a half years. Finally, following a remote hearing before the Supreme Court in July last year, one of the most hotly-anticipated employment law judgments is now ready.
